General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and 84bd (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 84bd website located at https://84bd.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies, rules, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference.
This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with 84bd, including but not limited to: account creation and management, sports betting and casino gaming activity, financial transactions (deposits and withdrawals), participation in promotions and bonuses, use of responsible gaming tools, and communications with 84bd customer support. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the 84bd platform.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these terms is the definitive and authoritative version. No translation of these terms into any other language creates any additional rights or obligations beyond those expressed in the English text.
84bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires such notice. The updated Agreement will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the 84bd platform after such posting constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms. If you object to any changes, your sole remedy is to close your 84bd account in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement.
Account Registration & Eligibility
To access the full range of 84bd services — including sports betting, live casino games, slots, deposits, and withdrawals — you must create a registered 84bd account. Registration is free and is open to eligible players in Bangladesh who satisfy all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise lawfully permitted to access online gambling services.
- You are registering solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You do not already hold an existing 84bd account (whether active, suspended, or closed).

During registration, you will be required to provide a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, a unique username, and a secure password. You may also be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, and address as part of 84bd's identity verification process. All registration information must be truthful. Providing false information during registration at 84bd is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one 84bd account. Households may have multiple accounts only if each account belongs to a different adult individual, each individual has verified their identity independently, and each individual's account activity is genuinely separate. 84bd uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same individual will be closed and all promotional balances will be voided.
Account Verification (KYC)
84bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to verify your identity at any point — including before your first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or at 84bd's discretion for risk management purposes. Verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and proof of address. Until verification is completed, 84bd may restrict certain account functions, including withdrawals. 84bd processes KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe and does not retain verification documents beyond the period required for compliance purposes.

Age Restriction & Verification
84bd operates a strict minimum age policy. The 84bd platform is available exclusively to players who are 18 years of age or older. This policy is non-negotiable and applies uniformly to all users regardless of location within Bangladesh. Where 84bd has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the platform will immediately suspend the account pending age verification. During suspension, the player will not be able to deposit funds, place bets, or withdraw any balance. If age verification reveals that the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all bets placed will be voided, any winnings arising from those bets will be forfeited, and the original deposit amount (net of any promotional funds) will be returned where it is practicable and lawful to do so.
84bd expressly prohibits any adult from allowing a person under the age of 18 to access or use the 84bd platform, including by sharing login credentials. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. 84bd recommends tools such as those available through reputable internet safety organisations for this purpose.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the 84bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 84bd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion takes place at the platform level. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

Withdrawal Rules

Behaviour that 84bd classifies as bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to artificially satisfy wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional conditions; providing false information to qualify for a promotion; and any other strategy that, in 84bd's reasonable assessment, is designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the platform. Where bonus abuse is detected, 84bd will void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may permanently close the account involved.
Seasonal Promotions

Betting & Gaming Rules
All sports betting and casino gaming activity at 84bd is subject to the rules set out in this section, as well as any specific rules applicable to individual sports, markets, or games. In the event of a conflict between these general rules and a sport- or game-specific rule, the sport- or game-specific rule will prevail.
Sports Betting
- All bets placed at 84bd are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including the event, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming.
- 84bd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced (where the player was aware or should reasonably have been aware of the event's status at the time of betting) or where the odds were clearly displayed in error.
- In-play (live) betting markets at 84bd are offered at the platform's discretion and may be suspended or closed at any time during an event.
- Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body, 84bd will apply the standard industry rules for the relevant sport in settling affected bets. Details are available from 84bd support.
- The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator at 84bd is subject to limits that vary by sport and market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
Casino & Slot Games

Error & Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or display error that results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or erroneous winnings being credited to a player account, 84bd reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore the account to its correct state prior to the error. Players are obligated to report any apparent errors or unexpected credits to 84bd support immediately. Knowingly exploiting an error to generate winnings constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player at 84bd, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with this Agreement. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all 84bd account holders without exception.
Player Obligations
- You must keep your account information — including your mobile number, password, and personal details — accurate, current, and secure at all times.
- You must promptly notify 84bd of any suspected unauthorised access to your account or any change in your eligibility to use the platform (for example, if you become aware of a gambling problem that requires self-exclusion).
- You must not share your 84bd login credentials with any other person, including family members.
- You must use 84bd solely for personal entertainment and not as a commercial activity or source of income.
- You must comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh in connection with your use of the 84bd platform.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 84bd platform. Engaging in any of these activities is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
- Creating or using more than one 84bd account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or account management.
- Using the 84bd platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 84bd software or infrastructure.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access, scrape, or interact with the 84bd platform.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information betting in connection with events offered on the 84bd sportsbook.
- Posting or transmitting any unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harmful content through any 84bd communication channel.
- Attempting to circumvent any 84bd security measure, geographic restriction, or account limitation.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either you or 84bd may close a registered account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.
Closure by the Player
If you wish to close your 84bd account, you may do so by contacting 84bd customer support at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed, and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days. Suspension or Closure by 84bd
84bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred or is occurring:
- Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
- Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
- Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
- Account activity that presents an unacceptable risk of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
- Underage gambling — account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
- Court order, regulatory instruction, or other lawful authority requiring account closure or asset freezing.
Where 84bd closes an account due to a breach of this Agreement, any balance held in the account — including real-money funds — may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the nature of the breach. 84bd will communicate the reason for closure to the affected player except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or be contrary to a legal obligation.
Dormant Accounts
An 84bd account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 84bd will notify the account holder via the registered mobile number prior to applying dormant account procedures. A dormant account administration fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to any remaining balance after the dormancy period expires. The account will not be closed solely on the basis of dormancy, and the account holder may reactivate the account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification.
